Tender Process
Our involvement in the tender process varies upon scope of work and involvement of contractors. The tender process is necessary to compile a preliminary budget based on the working drawings prior to the construction stage. This determines the feasibility of the design and identifies areas that can be altered or scaled according to the Tender outcome.

Construction Reviews/Implementation
The design team is involved throughout construction enabling communication between all parties. Our presence can assist with site conditions, modifications, or product substitutions if they become necessary.

Continued Involvement
As an on-going commitment to our clients, we believe in being available for post-completion information, support, and maintenance. AS-built drawing and specification binders will provide future reference following occupancy
