Schedule binders allow all pertinent information for the construction phase to be readily available for all parties. Along with our in-house copy, duplicate binders are distributed to the client and contractor. Having a complete package for all subtrades to access eliminates miscommunication and enables all subtrades to work together. The updating of the binder through revised schedules and addendums is distributed to all parties.
